How do our Masters of Wine pick out your wines?

Every 3 months, our team of wine experts gets together for a multi-day blind tasting event, evaluating over 200+ different wines from all across the world, tasting 70+ contenders and finally deciding on the handful of bottles that would make into each shipment. We then writing down more detailed tasting notes for our winners as well as our suggestions on how you could pair them with your favorite dishes.
