But what about dishes like pork ribs in black bean sauce, spicy crab, snail noodles, army stew, and Vietnamese spring rolls? If wine pairing is a game of explosive flavors, why can't the myriad of Asian cuisines join in?
So this time, we have collaborated with North America's Asian Fine Dining restaurant chain, Palette Tea Garden, to carefully design a Floral Feast that combines classic Cantonese cuisine, innovative ingredients, and cooking techniques paired with top-notch wines from around the world! This dinner will feature a special seven-course menu crafted by Cai Yuan's executive chef, including exquisite dishes from Cantonese cuisine to Japanese BBQ. The professional wine team from VinusClub has selected world-renowned wines with stories that match the flavors of the dishes, hoping everyone can experience and explore the brilliance and fun of flavors in every bite.
Our original intention in founding VinusClub was to integrate Asian culinary culture into the Western-dominated wine industry and to change the stereotype of Asian cuisine being "cheap and dirty" in America. We aim to show that down-to-earth food can also be paired with top-quality wines! We are committed to telling the wine industry that Asians not only understand food but also appreciate and enjoy wine with style, showcasing the great inclusiveness and possibilities within our culinary culture.

For this Floral Feast, we have paired seven wines from various classic regions, each aged for a long time to explore the classic styles of these regions. These wines, aged and refined, present subtle complexities and become smoother and softer, with time-polished acidity and tannins elegantly supporting the body and structure, showcasing amazing character and balance. Upon closer look at the wine list, you'll also notice that as an unsurpassable peak in the wine world, mature Burgundy will dominate this dinner.
